The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic Scholars Teacher Academy Resident System (STEM STARS) Institute is designed to ensure that students in the “Deep South” (Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi) have access to highly qualified science and mathematics teachers.
The mission of the STEM STARS Institute is to provide a research-based pathway for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic graduates to become highly-qualified certified science and mathematics educators for Elementary and Secondary schools.
